Swervedriver – “Winter Depths”

This year’s Adult Swim Singles Program is back in full swing. The latest contributors are the reactivated UK shoegaze veterans Swervedriver, who released the reunion album I Wasn’t Born To Lose You earlier this year. Their new song for Adult Swim is called “Winter Depths,” and it’s a bleary, gloomy rocker that does a whole lot to show the connection between early-’90s British shoegaze and the depressive Glasgow bands that followed. Listen to it below.
