Salad Boys – “No Taste Bomber”

Christchurch, New Zealand’s Salad Boys might be young, but their worn, scratchy, soulfully lost music exists very much within the lineage of their hometown’s chiming, clanging, generally legendary indie-rock scene. (They’ve even worked as the touring backing band for the Clean’s David Kilgour.) “No Taste Bomber” follows “Dream Date” as the second song we’ve posted from the band’s forthcoming debut Metalmania, and it’s a cathartic piece of work that ends with an excellent guitar freakout. Listen below.

Metalmania is out 9/18 on Trouble In Mind.
