Rae Sremmurd have just confirmed the forthcoming release of their new project, SremmLife 3.
Slim Jxmmi and Swae Lee, the two brothers of the prolific duo Rae Sremmurd, are already beginning their return. After releasing “SremmLife 2” in 2016, they confirm not wanting to waste time and beat the iron while it is still hot.
The album “SremmLife 2”, with more than 220,000 sales and the single “Black Beatles”, allowed Rae Sremmurd to enter the big sellers’ market once and for all. Helped by Mike Will Made It, their excecutive producer, the group will have overflew the hip-hop scene in 2016 and it is quite natural that they should try to repeat the same success this year. It must be said that the duo from Tupelo, Mississippi, can afford to have great ambitions. Their very first album, “SremmLife”, had indeed managed to be certified platinum by the RIAA. Not bad for a first try.
More than ever before, the brothers have taken advantage of a concert just given to the Ohio State University to announce the good news to their fans who have made the trip, the third installment of the “SremmLife” series of albums should be available sooner rather than later. In fact, it is currently being fine-tuned. One could even bet on a short term outing. Meanwhile, Rae Sremmurd has been credited with a participation on the title “Perfect Pint” by Mike Will Made It, featuring Gucci Mane and Kendrick Lamar. And again, despite their young age and their recent incursion into the game, the two brothers are on a hot streak.
