Everytime Oliver Heldens uploads something, we just have to take a listen especially if it’s under his HI-LO brand. Nonetheless, the newest bass house creation comes in the form of a self-remix where the HI-LO sound shakes up Oliver Heldens’ forthcoming original with Da Hool, “MHATLP.” The original is more like a rebirth of the 90s classic, but it still seems fresher than ever. Putting the original, glitchy melody atop a fast four on the floor beat, the HI-LO gruff comes into play during the drop with a raw, rolling bass and high-pitch synth tone chiming in sporadically. With this edit of himself, Oliver Heldens is giving us two for the price of one, and we can’t wait to compare the two. The HI-LO edit will see its release on September 28th thanks to Spinnin’ Records, but you can listen now below.
