HAERTS – “Everybody Here Wants You” (Jeff Buckley Cover)

Festival-ready Brooklyn synthpoppers HAERTS released their self-titled debut last year, and they’ve already followed it up with a new single. It’s an atmospheric, relatively linear take on “Everybody Here Wants You,” a song from the late Jeff Buckley. The original was a languorous falsetto hymn that appeared on Buckley’s posthumous album Sketches For My Sweetheart The Drunk, but the HAERTS version is smoother and more conversational. Check it out below.

HAERTS’ self-titled album is out now on Columbia.
