Swedish experimentalists Goat are following up their breakthrough 2014 album Commune with a one-off single called “It’s Time For Fun.” The track was apparently recorded in their claimed mythological voodoo-steeped hometown of Korpilombolo, an origin story that’s been disputed but feels just about right for this mysterious collective. The single will be released by three different labels worldwide, and each one will have a different cover artwork. Check out the percussive, offbeat track below.
The “It’s Time For Fun” 7-inch will be released on Stranded Rekords in Scandinavia, Sub Pop in the U.S., and Rocket Recordings in the rest of the world. It’ll come with a B-side called “Relax.”
