Melodic and tropical house have had their pioneers picked and established since the genre’s came into the dance music spotlight about a year and half ago. Of these, Felix Jaehn has been the sole act to see himself crush iTunes and singles charts worldwide. Hitting #1 on iTunes in 55 countries with his remix of “Cheerleader,” its only a matter of time before he is in an international sensation.
To facilitate that transition, Felix Jaehn puts forth a new original, “Book of Love,” with Polina on vocals to keep his momentum up. This single follows his remix of Ed Sheeran, and although it still has a layered foundation, his lead elements always know how resonate with dance and pop fans alike. Running xylophone lines run across the top of the track as Polina keeps listeners singing along to her beautiful lyrics. Every time he hits the studio it seems that Felix Jaehn produces gold. “Book of Love” will be available for purchase on August 28th via Island/Universal Records, but you can stream it in full until then.
For those in major North America cities, you can see Felix Jaehn stateside on his August Tour that will be hitting Washington DC, Toronto, New York, Los Angeles, and San Diego starting the 12th of the month. Tickets are available below, and if you can attend, you will have some serious FOMO if you miss out so don’t sleep on these.
